After registering on the site the client gets his/her own company. Information about the company is published in the company details. Each company may have several people registered as staff with different statuses. The client can change company details at any time. Editing information is made in the section «Company». The owner of the company can upload his/her logotype, which will be shown in the company details. It is necessary to specify the e-mail address for messages of the site's administration.
Information about the company may be presented in two languages: Russian and English. When editing data it is necessary to specify what language information will be added in. If the client checked the field «Language by default» the language for the information presented in the company details will be set automatically. To make viewing of information in this language available to users it is necessary to check the field «Visible language».
You should also add the name, brief and detailed description of the company (indicating the type of record: text or html), contact data. The client may add additional data about the company.
Staff The company may consist of several people i.e. access to managing information about the company and the programs will have several users. To register a new member of staff the owner of the company should add a user in the section «Users».
In the account of the user it is necessary to indicate login name and password of the new member of staff (with confirmation), type (administrator or user), name, family name and e-mail address. The administrator of the company can change users' details, add or delete users. Personal details Personal details contain information about the company's bank account, contact addresses and people. This data is necessary for cross accounting and contacts with the customers and partners. To publish the personal details the owner of the company should add a new record in the section . Information about personal details can be presented in Russian and English. When editing the record it is necessary to select the language the details will be published in. The client should specify the company name; if the details are available for viewing, which language will be set by default and the sort order of the personal details in the company details. You should select the organization type (physical or legal person, private enterprise). Each registered company has its own account on the site. The account number is set automatically during the registration of the company.
When editing personal details the client should add information about bank details, indicating name, IN, business account, and bank of the recipient. You should also indicate city, IN, BIC and corresponding account of the bank. Editing juridical address of the company it is necessary to indicate country, zip code, region, city, address, phone and fax numbers, and also OKNH, OKPO and contact person. You need to specify the factual address and name of the recipient for delivery.
The administrator of the company can give additional information about company details. The owner of the company can always change or delete information about the details.
