The author can manage mail messages from the section «Mail», which gives an opportunity for communication with partners and customers. The author can ask for information about the change of the company's account status, inform a partner or a customer that the order is paid, delivery is or is not permitted, create an order, manage agreements, cancel or renew agreements.
Events
The author doesn't have to follow all the events on the site, checking regularly the order status. All the necessary information will be automatically sent to the author. He/she can look through the messages in the personal section «Mail».
- Changing the account status - the event arises when the administrator changes the sum of money on the account of the author's company. The message is received by the company-owner of the account.
- Creation of order - after placing a new order by the customer the message will be received by the administration of the site, the program's or bundle's author and the affiliate (if the program was found by the link from his/her site)..
- Payment of order - with the help of this event the author finds out that his/her program or bundle were purchased by the customer. The event arises when the administrator adds a payment document to the site. The message will be received by the administration of the site, program's or bundle's author and the affiliate (if the program was found by the link from his/her site).
- Cancellation of order - the author will receive a message about cancellation of order made by the customer. The message will be received by the administration of the site, program's or bundle's author and the affiliate (if the program was found by the link from his/her site).
- Permission/prohibition to deliver the order - the message will be received by those companies that are responsible for shipping the order. If the author is responsible for shipping, then when the administration permits (or prohibits) the delivery of the order, the author will get a message with the registration details of the customer.
- Changing of the order status - when the status of the order is changed (new, dispatched, delivered), the administration of the site and the author of the program or bundle, included in the order, are informed about this.
- The agreement is signed - when the partner signs the agreement initiated by the author, the author receives a confirmation of signing.
- Confirmation of the agreement is needed - when company signs the agreement, created by the author, the author receives a notification with a request to confirm or disprove signing of the agreement.
- Signing agreement is refused - the event arises when the author refuses the partner in signing agreement.
- Renewing the agreement from the partner's side - if the partner has canceled the agreement, and then renewed it, the author receives a message about renewing of the agreement.
- Cancellation of the agreement from the partner's side - the message is sent to the author when the partner cancels the agreement.
- The author of the agreement initiated the partnership on the agreement - the author of the agreement gets the message when he invites partners to sign the agreement.
To create a new message the author should select an event, the letter will be about, define the language of the message, specify if the message is active, indicate e-mail addresses (own and the company-addressee), topic of the message.

Editing the text of the message it is necessary to indicate its type (text or html). The text of the letter should be made as a template. Depending on the event the author is given corresponding field codes for choice. The author may use all field codes as well as only some of them.

When looking through the messages the author can sort them with the help of the button «Filter».

Author can always change or delete a message.
