Information about the programs that the authors place on the site can be included in the catalog. Only the administration has the right to manage the catalog. There are two catalogs of programs: in English and in Russian. The program details that are being shown in the catalog include information and the prices entered by the author.

In the editing form of the program details the author should indicate the title and the language of the program.

To make the program available for purchase it is necessary to check the field "Program is available for purchase". Program can be available for purchase during a certain period of time. The author can define the activity period of the program. In the field "Activity period" you should define the activity period of the program. On expiration date the program will be automatically marked as inactive and will not be available for purchase.

The program can be attached to different sections of the catalog. In the field "Catalog" you need to select those sections of the catalog the information about the program will be published in. Additionally you can indicate the date of issuing the program and the official web-site of the program.

In the fields "Description of the program" you need to add information about the program: brief description, description for the catalog and full description of the program. Information about the program may be added as usual text as well as html, i.e. with the possibility to change the font and add links.

The programs have three ranges of discretion - versions, options and quantity.

The author may publish all versions and options or only selected ones. The author may indicate only the program's options, not indicating the versions or indicate only the program's versions, not indicating the options. The author has an opportunity to indicate neither versions nor options. In this case the prices will be applied to the program. Publication of versions and options is managed by the check-box «Version (option) is available from the catalog».

You can place a screenshot of a program and an icon in the catalog. The image is shown in the program details. If the image size is more than 300 to 200 pixels it will be automatically reduced and there will appear a link to the whole-size image on it. The icon is used in the program list in the catalog's sections. The icon should not be more than 16 to 16 pixels, otherwise it will be reduced.

In the «Programs» section the author can edit the interface for generating the registration key.

Versions

There are several versions of one program of different level of complexity. They are oriented at different users: for professionals, simplified variants etc.

It is necessary to indicate the program version's title, sort order in the catalog. If the program has several versions, they will be shown in this order. It is also necessary to indicate if the version is available for purchase. You should also set the activity period of the version. On the expiry date of the activity period the version will be marked as inactive and will not be available for viewing in the catalog and for purchase.

In the field «Version is visible in the catalog» you should set if this version of the program should be shown separately in the program details. If the field is not filled in, the version is not shown separately and the price in the program details will be given straight after the program or option (providing that the field «Option is visible in the catalog»). However, options of this version will be available for purchase by direct link.

The author can add brief description of the program's version. Information about the program can be added as text as well as html, i.e. with the opportunity of changing the font and adding links.

Options

Each version of the program has several options, i.e. such variants of the program, which are designed for different types of users: corporate clients, private clients etc.

The author should indicate the name of option, code of the program on the site shareg.com. This code will be used for a smooth transition to the new version of the site. The author may show all program options or hide them.

In the field «Full name of the program in the basket» you should specify the name of the program that will be shown in the basket. If the field is not set the name will be composed in the format: «Program name»: «Version name»: «Option name».

It is necessary to indicate the sort order of the options of the program's version (if the program has several versions they will be placed in the program details in this order).

You should indicate the activity period of the option. On the expiry date of this period the option will become unavailable for purchase. The field «Option is visible in the catalog» is necessary to set if you want the option to be shown in the program details. If the field is not set the option will not be shown in the catalog though it will be available for purchase by direct link.

The author can add brief description of an option. Information about the program can be added as text as well as html, i.e. with an opportunity to change font and add links. The author can indicate which platforms the program supports, the link for downloading the program, the size of the file.

When editing the program parameters the author may indicate if the customer has an opportunity to purchase the desired number of copies from any available price intervals. To do this you need to check the field «Select the number given by the customer from all price intervals». In this case the number of copies the customer wants to buy will be selected from all price intervals, given by the author. For example, if the customer wants to purchase 21 copies of program, the author sets this field, and the tariff scale gives an interval «from 1 to 20», the customer will be able to buy 21 copies of the program. If this field is not set, the customer will not be able to buy 21 copies of the program.

It is necessary to specify what data (name, e-mail, address etc) the customer will have to give for purchasing the program. You can indicate additional parameters of the data.

You need to specify who will be responsible for shipping (registration) of the program, repeated registration. You should also indicate if the delivery of the program to the customer is needed and the goods' weight.

Price

The program's price is formed by the author and depends on the number of copies bought.

In the field «Name» you should indicate the number of purchased copies, from which the price will change. For example, «More than 5 licenses», «For 1 license» etc. The name will be shown before each price in the program details. In the field «Act.» indicate if this price is active or not, i.e. if it is available for viewing.

In the fields «From» and «To» the number of copies is indicated - the interval where the price is valid. Note the intervals for one option's prices shouldn't overlap. If the field «From» is not filled in, that means the price is valid from any number of copies (from zero). If the field «To» is not filled in, it means the price is valid for any number of copies (endless). Thus, if none of the two fields is filled in, the price is valid for any number of program copies.

In the field «Basis» it is necessary to indicate the number of programs, after which the customer will get discounts. Basic sum - the price of the basic number of programs. The values of the basis and the basic sum are arbitrary. However for the best result we advise the following order of values:

• if the interval of the purchased copies is «from 1 to 10» the suggested value of the basis is «0» and, accordingly, the value of the basic sum is also «0»;
• When the interval is « from 11 to 20» the value of the basis will be «10» (it is necessary that the value of the basis was included in the previous interval of the purchased program copies). That is you need to set the value of the basis so that the discounts for users will be given not for all purchased copies but only for their number that will be over the basis value. In this case if the customer buys 11 copies of the program he/she will get discount only for one copy.

The price variant that has the field «Act.» (Active) set, i.e. active price for the program, will be shown in the catalog in this case.

If you set the field «Act.» (Active) for the second price variant, then purchasing 7 copies of the program the customer will pay 175$ for 5 program copies and 33$ for each of the other 2 copies. As a result the customer will pay 241$ for 7 program copies.

You need to set the cost of one copy for each price variant and also currency. To delete one or several price variants you should check the field «Delete».

The author can always change information about the program in the section of advanced editing, add or delete versions, options, and price variants.

Program details

In the program details the information about the program, its options and versions, its price is placed. The author can edit the appearance of the program details, design it in the style of his/her company. The design of the program details may be applied to the order form and to the company details. Web page with the information about the company, designed, as the author thinks best, will present the information to the customer in the individual style. Doing this the author will attract the customer's attention to other products of his/her company.

You can edit the appearance of the program details in the personal section «Order form». To do this you need to add a new appearance, where you should fill in the fields «Header» and «Footer».

For creating the order form you can use the following styles:
