I. Registration

For registering on the site it is necessary to fill in a registration form. For this you should do the following:

1. From any page on the site go to the personal section "Author".
2. Go to the section "Registration".
3. Get acquainted with the rules of using the site Softkey.ru.
4. Fill in the registration form for a new user.
5. Indicate that you agree with the rules of using the site.
6. Press the button "Register".

After that you will receive a message about the successful registration onto the e-mail address, specified by you in the registration form.

For authorization on the site you need to fill in the fields "Login" and "Password". Using login name and password, chosen during registration you will get access to the personal sections of the site.

II. Signing author's agreement

A registered author can add information about his/her programs to the site. However, before you sign an author's agreement with the administration of the site Softkey.ru your programs will be unavailable for viewing in the public catalog and for purchasing. To sign an agreement you should do the following:

1. Go to the personal section "Author".
2. Authorize on the site.
3. In the section "Agreement" choose the menu item "Author's".
4. Choose a variant of an author's agreement with JSC "Softkey" appropriate for you.
5. Get acquainted with the text of agreement.
6. Accept the terms of agreement.

After you sign the agreement and the signing will be confirmed by the administration, your programs will become visible in the public catalog and available for purchasing.

III. Information about programs and bundles

To add information about your program to the public catalog you need to do the following:

1. In the personal section "Author" select the menu item "Programs".
2. Add new program.
3. Specify necessary information about the program.
4. Press the button "Add" for registering the program or the button "Reset" to edit the program details.

You can create bundles. To do this you need to go through the following steps:

1. In the personal section "Author" select the menu item "Bundles".
2. Add new bundle.
3. Specify necessary information about the bundle.
4. Press the button "Add" for registering the bundle or the button "Reset" to edit the bundle details.

IV. Managing personal settings

Information about the company

You can change data about your company, which will be published in the company details. For editing information about your company you should do the following steps:

1. In the personal section "Author" select the menu item "Company".
2. Add necessary changes.
3. Press the button "Edit" to save the changes or the button "Reset" to back the earlier entered data.

Personal details

You need to add information about your personal details for contacting and interaccounting with the customers and partners:

1. In the personal section "Author" select the menu item "Personal details".
2. Fill in the required fields.
3. Press "Add" button to save the changes or "Reset" button to enter new data.

V. Partner agreements

To sign different agreements with the users of the site you need to get a special permission from the administration of the site. You need to send request to the administration of the site to the address: authors@softkey.ru. You can get permission for creating only one type of agreement. To receive permission for creating another type of agreement you need to send new request.

After you receive permission you will be able to start creating an agreement:

1. Go to the personal section "Author".
2. In the section "Agreements" select the "Managing".
3. Add new agreement.
4. Fill in all the necessary fields.
5. Press "Add" button to save the changes or "Reset" button to enter new data.
