To learn more about the system of managing orders, programs etc, read the section "Help". Not always can we highlight all the questions that arise. Therefore, every registered user has an opportunity to ask a question to the experts of the site "Softkey". In the "Help" section, and also in any personal section (Customer, Author, Dealer, Affiliate) you can look through the list frequently asked questions (FAQ), ask your own question (Ask). You can view the question's status and follow the development of the discussion in the personal sections (see menu item "Requests"). When viewing the list of all questions (section FAQ) you can use filter and limit the number of record by the type of user or category. You can indicate the number of the question or use search by keywords. To ask a question you should select the "Ask" item in the "Techsupport" menu. In a special question form you need to state your problem precisely, choose a topic, indicate the importance of your question (urgency). It is required that you title the question in the field "Question's title" and state your problem in the field "Message text".
Additionally, you may define the address of the page, where your problem arose or for which you need explanation. To be more precise you can add the name of the link. Besides you can upload an image from the local computer (e.g. screenshot of a page) to the site "Softkey", to show the problem in detail. To send the question you need to press the button "Create new request". The question is sent to the administration of the site "Softkey". After that a page from the section "Requests" will open, where you will see details about your request. The staff of the "Softkey" company will answer your question. If you indicated the category, your question relates to, the person appointed by the administration responsible for this category will answer you. If you didn't specify the category, the question will be examined by the administrator and then sent to an expert. By e-mail you will receive a notification, containing details about the request and the expert's answer. For comfortable viewing of the answers' status special icons are used. Red color means that the last who answered the question was your opponent. If the icon is green - you were last who answered the question. When your opponent decides that the discussion may be closed you will see a message about the closing of the request in the status column. He may indicate that the problem is accepted for consideration, is in process of solving, can't be solved or is already solved. You can view this status in a special column. In the list of requests use the link "View" to view the discussion in details. After viewing the answer you can give it a mark. In the field "Answer's mark" you need to select an appropriate variant. If while viewing the discussion you see a message: "The request is closed. Adding messages is forbidden" you can reopen the discussion. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you need a more detailed explanation or there appeared a new question on the same topic, you can answer your opponent and continue the discussion. To do this, you need to check the field "Problem is not solved" and open the discussion.
When changing the status of the request you will receive an e-mail notification, containing details of request and the last opponent's answer. |
